Job description

My client is looking for a motivated IT Customer Support to serve as the primary point of contact for their Italian speaking customers.

The company is looking for you if you
  • love helping people
  • are tech savvy
  • a team player and able to break down problems into actionable steps.

What you are going to do
  • You will support event companies (our customers) with their questions about the software via phone, email and Zoom
  • You will support new customers with their onboarding process
  • You will work on improving our customer support and workflows

Requirements

  • C2-level Italian and good English communication skills, both verbally and written, fluency in Spanish would be a plus
  • Up to 1 year experience working with customers
  • HBO level of thinking
  • Zendesk certification, project management skills or experience in the AV rental or event industry is a plus
