Job description

As the IT Helpdesk Technician you are going to support the Warehouse and staff in Bergen op Zoom and UK based staff remotely.

Our client is looking for someone who is ready to go the extra mile, values team work and is willing to work outside regular office hours for testing and release changes.

Your main tasks are:
  • 1st & 2nd line day to day Internal Support
  • Service Desk ticket creation, handling and management
  • Customer Application Support
  • System Imaging
  • Maintaing the network
  • Good understanding of IT Technologies and MS Windows Client/Server
  • Customer Service & Complaints handling

Do you have understanding of following areas? If yes, that is great bonus!
  • Customer Service & Complaints handling
  • Visual FoxPro, SQL
  • ITIL
  • HW/SW Technical Troubleshooting & Repair

Requirements

  • You speak English on a fluent level C1
  • Understanding of following areas is a bonus: Visual FoxPro, SQL, ITIL, HW/SW
  • Min. 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Min. Qualification Comp TIA A+ or similar
