IT Support Specialist

Job description
Are you passionate about all things IT and ready to take on a diverse range of challenges? As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to problem solver for our valued customers. Your enthusiasm for IT, coupled with your knack for customer service, will be the driving force behind our support operations. We provide an opportunity for you to undertake on-site assignments after your initial training period, including potential travel to Scandinavia for equipment repairs, so a willingness to be away from home for a few days is essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional IT support to our customers, addressing and resolving their technical issues.
- Demonstrate a rapid response and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Collaborate with a close-knit and friendly team to achieve our collective goals.
- Assist with on-site installations and repairs, which may include travel to Scandinavian locations.
Requirements
- Strong interest and affinity for ICT (Information and Communication Technology).
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages (Dutch is a must for this position)
- Prior experience in customer service or familiarity with Topdesk software is a plus.
- Previous exposure to an IT environment is welcome, but not mandatory as our team will provide training and guidance.

- A gross compensation of €450 for weekend and evening on-call duty.

- A dynamic and independent role, with the option to work 32, 36, or 40 hours per week.
