Their customers use their software to realize many events, ranging from weddings to international tours, or even pope visits. The company thinks of themselves as the Swiss army knife of project management: Quotations, crew planning, transportation scheduling, item tracking and invoicing. It used on a daily basis by over 10.000 people and businesses around the globe to plan events.

Job description

Since the company is growing rapidly, they are looking for talented individuals to join them on their journey. On top of their wish list: a full-time Customer Support Specialist for the German market. You will be part of a young international team of 10 professionals and the go-to helper to our German speaking customers, together with 3 other German-speaking colleagues. Whether it is a DJ using the company's software for the first time to plan his gigs or a customer with a more technical question about customizing invoices, your mission is to get them putting the phone down with a solution and the feeling that you had their back. Every question is an opportunity to strengthen our relationship.

In a nutshell, your tasks will include:

  • providing online and telephone support to the German speaking customers
  • assisting new customers with the implementation of the software solution
  • identifying product problems and discuss with the sales and development team
  • expanding the Support Center with articles and tutorials
  • suggesting process improvements

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have/are:

  • fluent proficiency in German
  • fluent proficiency in English, as this is the office language
  • a strong affinity with IT/tech/software-related products
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills and confidence in a customer-facing environment
  • a social, supportive and a team player
  • experience with customer support, preferably at a tech company (that is a big plus)
  • a bachelor/master diploma (if this diploma is related to IT/tech or business, that is a big plus too)
