Job description

Enjoy music and electronics? Do you like helping others maximize their listening experience and learning about new technology? Danish and English fluent? You're it! We're looking for superstars to assist a leading voice interactive audio product. You'll get expert training and join our support team.

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to our customers through live troubleshooting and problem isolation.
  • Recognize, analyze, and resolve software and hardware problems.
  • Work with all operating systems and music services (Mac, Android, Windows and iOS).
  • Handling general product information contacts by phone and email
  • Providing straightforward and good customer service to existing and new clients, achieving high customer satisfaction via both voice and e-mail interaction.
  • Take proactive responsibility of open issues
  • Ongoing learning and development
  • Maintain contact with the customer until the problem is fixed.
  • Use existing rules and tools to troubleshoot, evaluate, and identify solutions.
  • Always strive to learn new things.
  • Ensure compliance with firm data protection and information security regulations.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate possesses:
  • Fluent or near-fluent Danish speaker with English (verbal and written) fluency
  • Understanding of network configuration, including wireless, router configuration, and Internet security software.
  • Feedback-driven, self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn and expand your knowledge
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Inquisitive and creative problem solver.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to solve a problem
  • Troubleshooting skills, as well as the ability to research and find answers to consumer questions.
  • Capable of remaining calm under duress
  • A minimum of one year of CS experience
  • Solid technical background
  • Ability to multitask

Working conditions

Provided by us are:

  • Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Six weeks of paid training time

  • Full-time employment results in a gross monthly compensation of €2,149.
  • 25 paid holidays each year and a holiday pay rate of 8%
  • Remote work is available, however you must be physically located in the Netherlands.
