Company description

Our client is a fast-growing business to business wholesale distributor. They have more then 70000 unique products in stock and their dealer network consists of more then 3000 dealers in Europe. They distribute mainly motorcycle parts, accessories, clothing and lifestyle products. Their dealers are being serviced from their own in-house sales team and international sales agents. They are an ambitious company with a strong growth strategy. They stand out by their high fill rate and excellent delivery service throughout Europe. At the moment they work together with 50 employees in their industry leading fulfilment centre in Groningen (and Manchester).
To further expand their business, they are looking for a junior sales representative that is mainly responsible for the French market.

Job description

· Focus on French speaking customers;
· Maintaining good relations with customers, including an understanding of the passion for motorcycles and the associated lifestyle;
· Contact existing and new dealers to increase the market share;
· Assist with order processing and aftersales tasks.
· Identifying developments and trends in the (potential) market and discuss them with the management and own sales department.

In this role, you will be responsible primarily for sales, whilst closely working together with the sales manager. Together with the entire sales team you will be responsible for achieving the budgeted sales targets. You will initiate result-enhancing actions and service the existing dealers and also find new dealers to increase market share. You will assist with guidance & feedback on new products and analyse market developments.


· Preferable some years of B2B sales experience in an international environment;
· C2 level French and excellent in English. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus;
· Industry expertise or an affinity with the leisure industry (e.g. action sports, automotive and/or motorcycling) is an advantage;
· Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communications skills;
· Proactive, hands-on and result driven teamplayer;
· Energetic, quick and excellent commercial awareness: able to work in a turbulent and dynamic atmosphere.
