Job description
What do you do on a daily basis?As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team and clients by creating and reviewing engineering details, answering technical questions, and managing custom product designs. You will work closely with the engineering team in Israel to create and manage design and special/customized products.
- Provide technical support to sales team and clients
- Communicate technical and quality requirements by building and checking Bill of Design (BOD) and Bill of Material (BOM) for custom and non-standard products
- Create engineering designs and drawings for custom solutions
- Manage design and special/customized products with engineering department in Israel
- Generate technical documentation when needed
- Assist field commissioning/troubleshooting if and when needed
Requirements
Who are you?We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer at an early career level who is flexible, adaptive, and resilient. You must be able to prioritize your tasks based on demands from various departments and customers. You should also be comfortable talking to and visiting customers if and when required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Energy, Flow, and Process Technology preferred)
- Understanding and some preliminary experience with 3D CAD software (preferably Solidworks)
- Meticulous and an eye for detail
- Open to travel (up to 10%) and to be in Israel for up to 3 months for initial training
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch or other European languages would be a plus
Working conditions
What does the company offer?· A salary of 4.000-4.700 euros per month, based on experience
· 1 day a week working from home
· Initial 1 year contract
· One month trip to Israel for training
· A small and dynamic team in a company that is steadily growing
