Junior E-commerce Manager | French

Job description
- Ensure the proactive management of the online store.
- Analyze the "customer journey" and propose solutions.
- Working with the marketing department to provide information on the promotion and growth of the online store.
- Lead and prepare for KPI meetings to track performance.
- Assist customers in dealing with orders and managing returns.
- Cooperate with external stakeholders.
- Monitor and verify invoices.
- Management of account receivables
Requirements
- You speak native French and good level of English or German/Dutch.
- You are communicative, customer-oriented and not scared to get to know your business
- Level: BAC+2/BTS/Bachelor/Master in Marketing, sales, communication, the management or related domain.
- You are Autonomous, flexible, takes initiative and knows how to achieve goals.
- Decision-making and critical thinking are part of your qualities.
- You live around Ter Apel or willing to relocate
- You have valid working permit
Working conditions
- 25 days of vacation per year- A welcoming team with an informal and international working atmosphere.

Salary from: €2500,-
Salary to: €2900,-
