Job description
Do you have an insatiable desire to learn and excel in what you do? So, this could be the opportunity you've been hoping for!Our customer is constantly striving to make our ideas, products, and prospects a huge success. We are now seeking for a Junior Sales Trader for the Energy team. They work on more sophisticated transactions including product swaps, (corporate) energy purchase contracts, and cross-border trade. The team is good at developing products and solutions that provide value to renewable energy firms all over Europe, and we are proud of it!
- As a Junior Sales Trader, it is your responsibility to deliver a victory.
- You must keep your eyes on the pricing at all times, be goal-oriented, and eager to learn and develop.
- Keep your head up when cold calling, and we will reward you by flying throughout Europe to meet your (potential) clients.
- To better serve their clients, you need to constantly explore for new products, markets, deal opportunities, and consulting services.
- At the end of the day, it's the rush of closing a deal, offering the greatest service in the market, and coming up with novel transaction structures that others haven't considered yet.

- You are driven, ambitious, and determined to succeed.
- You can persuade (y)our clients with clever propositions and passionate arguments.
- You are fluent in English and Polish
- You aspire to be the best; negotiating is your middle name, and you will not give up until you achieve success.

- Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
Working conditions
What we have to offer:The Energy section has substantial experience in consulting and trading in Europe's various renewable energy markets. Our youthful and fast expanding desk assists organizations in meeting their sustainability goals relating to carbon emissions, renewable energy, energy efficiency, biogas and biofuels, and advises clients in implementing renewable energy projects.
As a junior, you can expect complete assistance from them, and they will assist you in learning all new goods, understanding the various commodity markets, and learning how to get from an interest to a deal. theyoffer sales courses and training sessions with seniors and peers to help you become the greatest sales trader you can be.
