Job description

After an extensive traineeship of 6 months, you will start building your own trade. The traineeship starts at the logistics department for the first months, then you will move to the finance department and in the last phase you will accompany another trader in his day to day work and travels to fully comprehend the specifics of the job. You will start building strong relationships with existing and potential customer who you will need to require.
The company is very ambitious and requires pro-active employees that are willing and able to take on responsibilities with little direction and guidance. A commercial role that offers a lot of freedom and traveling in a highly dynamic environment.

Requirements

Language skills
You speak fluent English and any Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) on a C1/C2 level.

Experience
You have 1 to 3 years of work experience in a commercial role. This is a great opportunity for candidates without work experience with the below mentioned profile.

Personality is key for this position
You are eager to learn and reach goals, curious (able to ask the right questions), streetwise Independent worker though team player. You have an entrepreneurial by heart, commercial drive, dealmaker, relationship builder. You have high empathy and ability to listen and anticipate to needs of clients. And last but not least, excellent communication skills.

Working conditions

Salary: €2800-3500 gross per month, fulltime
Excellent bonus scheme depending on result
