Job description

Our client has a team of Buyers who buy over 10.000 vehicles from all over the world every year. As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for finding leads who want to sell their vehicles on our client's platform.

So what are exactly your tasks?

  • Finding leads who want to sell their vehicles on the platform
  • Searching the database for new and existing relationships, and make initial contact with potential new leads.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing leads by regularly staying in touch via phone or Teams.
  • Proactively searching the internet to find new leads and add them to the database.
  • Introducing our client to potential leads and explain why they should choose them.
  • Once you have the contact information for a potential lead, you pass it on to the assigned buyer.
  • You will be working in a young and motivated team with supportive colleagues and a communicative team leader.
  • You can earn a bonus if a lead you found sells one or more vehicles to our client.

Requirements


  • Fluency in German and English. Dutch is a plus!
  • You are available for 24 to 40 hours per week
  • You enjoy being on the phone and identifying (and seizing!) commercial opportunities
  • You are a persistent person and not easily discouraged. If you get a 'no' five times as an answer, you keep going until you get a 'yes' on the sixth attempt
  • You have strong communication skills. You know who you are talking to and adjust your communication style accordingly
  • You enjoy interacting with international customers and colleagues, and because you are social, you get along with everyone
