Job description

Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the planning and coordination of pallet deliveries and collections. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and timely delivery operations while optimizing service levels and costs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate pallet deliveries to customers, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service levels and timelines.
• Optimize delivery schedules to maximize efficiency in terms of volume, routing, and time management.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and/or Regional Manager to identify opportunities for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
• Implement strategies to reduce delivery costs while maintaining or exceeding customer service expectations.

Requirements

• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• A true team player
• You have a HBO/Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in supply chain or logistics
• You have good computer skills (you know those to use excel + outlook)
• Business level of German
• Business level of English
• This position is available for 32 hours per week 
• You are able to go to the office at least two times a week
• IMPORTANT: salary indication (2750 gross per month) is based on 40 hours per week.

Working conditions

This position will initially be offered under an Undutchables contract for one year. During this period, the contract includes the following benefits:

• 8.33% holiday allowance
• Pension scheme
• 25 vacation days per year

After successful completion of the first year, the candidate will be hired directly by the client.
