Job description
As Manager IT Applications & Architecture you are responsible for the application landscape, enterprise architecture and the second phase of the digital transformation project. The organisation is in the middle of a digitization journey and you will have a leading role in bringing this digital transformation to the next level. You will lead a team of 3 Application Managers located in the Netherlands and Denmark, and work with colleagues and external consultants to develop our digital systems. You will report directly to the CFO.Main responsibilities:
• Provide guidance to projects and programs and suggest deliver solution designs that conform to the defined architecture.
• With your team, you translate business requirements into conceptual, logical and technical designs and articulate these back to senior level stakeholders.
• Maintain and develop the company’s Application Architecture – including both “off-the-shelf” systems as well as bespoke solutions in the Outsystems platform.
• Responsible for technical standards, documentation and guidelines, and their usage within the organization.
• Lead delivery of ERP projects and drive the Change Advisory Board
• Drive the Master Data Management efforts
• Lead change management in projects, considering impact to the business and relevant functions. This will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Identification of change impacts and associated actions
- Partner with the organization to ensure business stakeholders involvement and commitment.
- Completing business readiness activities
- Risks assessments, incident follow up, status reporting and activity tracking.
• Cooperate with Business Intelligence team for overall business solutions and data management.
Requirements
The right candidate for this role is analytically strong with a good sense of what motivates people and drives their well- being. You are resilient, love a challenge and have a getting things done attitude. You take accountability for your work, not just focusing on the results, but also how you influence others in executing your work.• Bachelor- or Masters Degree in eg. Information Systems
• Experience with change management and digital transformation in an IT management role is a must have
• Cloud native and experience in system landscaping and interfaces
• Understanding agile/scrum project management
• Experience in software program management
• Leadership , Coaching , Analytical and able to think in processes and align processes
• Self-starter, service minded problem solver with good communication skills
• Fluent English (C1 or up).
