Manager Sales (The Belgian market) - Dutch

Job description
What will you do?- You will be responsible for setting up & scaling up the team for the Belgian market (up to max. 7 to 8 people)
- You will be involved with the recruitment and on boarding process of new employees
- You will actively contribute to achieve the team & individual targets
- You will improve the performance and efficiency of your team
- You will support the individual development of your team members
- You will be working close with 2 Sales teams which are focusing on the Dutch market
Requirements
Who are we looking for?- Do you speak Dutch and English?
- If you speak French and/ or Flemish, both languages are certainly an advantage; but not a must.
- Do you have experience in B2B sales?
- You are a born salesperson and you are a natural leader with a passion for results, sales and coaching;
- You have been working successfully in the field of B2B sales for a number of years, preferably e-commerce, SaaS and/ or IT related in the Belgian market.
- Is coaching a team your passion?
- You develop strategies and optimize internal processes around the Belgian sales process, you already have experience with this;
- You will eventually build up a B2B sales team of 3 to max. 7 or 8 people, depending on the performance of the team and the potential in the market;
- You dare to take steps and implement improvements.
- You already have experience as a manager and you want to help the team move forward;
- You are a goal-oriented manager for your employees and help them achieve unprecedented results, while taking the company as a whole further by looking beyond tomorrow;
- Strong analytical and numerical insight with a problem-solving attitude.
Working conditions
What can you expect?- This is a full time and long term position.
- Start: ASAP
- The base salary is € 4250,00 per month gross, excl. bonus and 8% holiday money
- Our client provides a professional on-boarding program from an in-house Sales coach, Sales team leaders and Country manager
- Remote work (from home and/ or flexible office space)
- Various internal events during the year

Our client is an international company (review platform for e-commerce). The company has 4 offices across Europe.The Amsterdam office counts +/- 35 people. The business is growing fast and therefore the Amsterdam team is looking for a new team member.
