If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Medior Management Assistant.As a Medior Management Assistant , your role will encompass a variety of tasks, ensuring the seamless functioning of our client's dynamic workplace. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Complex and independent Calendar management
  • Pro-active screening and sorting e-mail management
  • Meeting preparation and participation
  • Facility services, e.g. hospitality tasks, floor management
  • Travel and expense arrangements
  • Projects, events and year planning support
  • Pro-actively share information and provide feedback to others.
  • Be a team player and understand the importance of sharing knowledge.


To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar supporting role, preferably in an international context
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
  • Proficiency in complex international calendar management is essential
  • Strong familiarity with the Office 365 suite
  • Capable of facilitating hybrid meetings and events
  • Prior experience in dynamic international work settings
  • Exposure to managing multiple stakeholders is highly advantageous
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs
  • Open to continuous learning and embracing mistakes as learning opportunities
  • Effective and concise communication across various stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of delivering results, even in challenging situations
  • Team player dedicated to collaborative task completion
  • Quick learner with the ability to swiftly adapt to new tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Adhere to a code of discretion and confidentiality in handling business matters
p.s. only candidates with proven management assistance experience will be considered for this role!

Working conditions

Our client provides good secondary benefits, 25 holidays, 8,33% holiday allowance, next to this you will start working via Undutchables first, before getting a contract at our client.Note: only 20 km of travel distance will be reimbursed!
Salary from: €3299,-
Salary to: €4000,-
