Job description

Are you customer-oriented, a strong communicator and an enthusiastic problem solver? Are you interested in e-commerce and e-payments, maybe you already work in the industry and want to take the next step?

You are the first point of contact for German merchants, i.e. the webshops that offer or want to offer
BNPL; you are also an important point of contact for all (International) colleagues

You answer all operational, commercial, technical and financial questions from merchants or refer them to the appropriate internal team

You assist with the onboarding of new webshops, including answering questions from internal and external contacts

You identify and implement process improvements so that the service to our merchants is continuously improved.

Requirements

Fluent in German and English, Dutch is a plus but not required

Excellent communication skills

Proactive and positive attitude; you take pride in and ownership of your work

Able to work in a team or on your own initiative, able to motivate yourself while working from home
Strong analytical skills and understanding of processes

Accustomed to working in a customer-focused organisation and solution-oriented

Good understanding of e-commerce/payments and experience in the industry is a plus
