Our client is growing and currently setting up a new brand department with a brand new team within the Sales Department. You will be part of the Online Sales Specialists team where you will be responsible for the online sales of customer's vehicles all over the world especially those French speaking customers.

Your responsibilities will be:
  • Negotiate, make sure you get the best price! Once you do, you will need to follow up with the quotes and the most important part: closing the offer with a signed sales contract.
  • Answering and following up queries, questions and requests from customers that are coming in via phone call, e-mail and chat
  • Solving technical issues questions from customers
  • Initiating and maintaining contacts with commercials key accounts
  • Screening new potential customers via our database and not being shy in approaching them
  • Making sure that the company grows and this will be shown by numbers in the revenue
  • Following up the sales and marketing-promotions

Requirements

What we need from you:
  • You live in Veghel or the surrounding ares
  • Minimum secondary vocational education in the area of Automotive Management, Commercial Economy or Account Management
  • You speak French and Spanish fluently, next to English or Dutch
  • You are able to present yourself as the face of the company and you always put customers first
  • You have strong communication and commercial skills and a talent for negotiating
  • You are proactive, someone who sees opportunity from a while away and grabs them while it's fresh
