Job description
Our client is a luxury brand focusing on furniture, lighting, and other accessories that transition any place into an extraordinary and chic place. As the Order Administrator you will be supporting the Account Manager in the South-European and South-American region.
-Providing information about the assortment (dimensions, colors, availability)
-Checking orders based on the conditions of feasibility and credit
-Advising and suggesting alternative solutions
-Entering and completing order data in the CRM system
-Contact customers prior to invoicing the goods.
-Following the order processing on the basis of planning and shipping overviews
Requirements
As the Order Administrator you need to be commercially minded, organized, customer-oriented and communicative.
In addition:
-You speak Spanish (C1) and English (C1), Dutch is a great bonus
-You have 2 years of experience in a similar role (commercial, sales, customer service)
-You have worked with B2B customers, preferably in the South-European and South-American area
-You have experience with ERP system
-You are available 36-40 hours per week
You must have a car and can commute to Noordwijkerhout.
