Job description
The Order Management Coordinator handles orders and projects that don't require technical knowledge. They work as a link between customers and different departments at the company. They manage orders for agents, customers, and potential clients in the region. They also talk to the Engineering Department if necessary. Their main duty is to take care of the order from when Sales gets it to when it's invoiced.Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring prompt and precise entry of orders into the client's ERP system.
• Providing order acknowledgment to Customers in accordance with Logistics delivery commitments.
• Managing Trade Compliance and Logistics to ensure proper export licensing and shipments.
• Coordinating Commercial Invoicing within established timelines.
• Overseeing the handling of Complaints and facilitating Return Material Authorization (RMAs) as needed.
• Providing effective communication with both customers and colleagues across all departments.
• Maintaining organized files and diligently recording all data.
• Managing the procurement of buy-out items and services, while meticulously verifying associated invoices.
• Engaging in ad hoc projects, including collaborative efforts within different departments such as Inside Sales.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Order Management.
- Experience with ERP system is a must!
- Good at solving problems and making decisions.
- Can stay accurate even when things are busy and see the big picture.
- Excellent command of English. Dutch, French and/or German are preferred.
- Understands technical stuff and knows about products, equipment, and costs.
- Can work on their own, stays motivated, and is a good team member.
- Can manage time well.
- Can talk to customers, all kinds of staff, and bosses.
- Knows how to use Microsoft Office well.
- Knows how to use Microsoft Dynamics (AX) software.
