Order Management Coordinator | German

Job description

The Order Management Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and processing international and local sales orders. You are in charge of the full order fulfillment cycle including maintaining the shipping dates in the system and handling customer complaints. You will provide customer service to both internal- and external customers. In that process you also cooperate with divers departments internally, such as the engineering department and project managers. You will be reporting into the Order Management Supervisor.

In this role you will be:
  • Handling and processing orders from customers, representatives, affiliates, and internal customers
  • Taking care of and coordinating material deliveries and the required documentation
  • Providing information to customers both via phone and email regarding the product availability, order status, tracking information, special pricing, credits, shipping methods, incorrect shipping, customer accounts, changes/corrections, RMA.
  • Filing and distributing invoices on a daily basis, including processing credit memos

Requirements

To enjoy and be successful in this role you need to have both excellent communication and administrative skills. As the tasks may change during the day, you need to be able to set priorities, be flexible and organized in order to keep an overview. As working in a team with great team spirit gives more joy and satisfaction on a daily basis you should have a positive, energetic and motivated attitude.

Furthermore you need to have:

  • At least C1 level of German and English
  • Minimum B1 level of Dutch
  • A finished higher education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Order Management, B2B Customer Service)
  • Experience with Order management systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX) would be considered a plus

Working conditions

Working in a dynamic role
Fulltime position - 40 hours a week

Salary from: €2400,-
Salary to: €2600,-
