Job description

Our client is specialized in child entertainment products, and they are globally operating from the U.S. to China, Russia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. If you want to be part of an international team, then this is the right place for you!

What can you expect in this role?
-You will be mostly responsible for order management in SAP. This means that you will keep an eye on the PO number, date, quantity, master data, and all other details
-You will assist the customer with any query and assist internal departments
-You will issue debits notes and will manage all account receivables
-You will also manage the data sheets from retailers and make sure that all details are correct

Requirements

What do you need in order to be successful?
You need to be proactive and someone who is not afraid of challenges and diving into the system of SAP to find the necessary information. You will be guided, but not held by the hand, so you need to be independent.
Next to being a good communicator, you are also data-oriented and someone who enjoys administrative tasks.
In addition:

-You speak fluent English and Italian, Dutch is a big plus
(Dutch might be useful with incoming mails in Dutch, therefore, it would be nice if you could reply in Dutch, so a strong B1-B2 level Dutch is desirable. The higher the level, the better, but is not a must)
-You already gained experience with order management
-Excel knowledge is desirable. You know exactly how Pivot tables, V-lookup and formulas work
-SAP knowledge is a must. When you join, you would only need a short training to get familiar with the company-specific usage of SAP

On the practical side of things:
-You will be able to commute to Alphen aan den Rijn when needed min. 2x/ week
-You are already based in The Netherlands and can start asap

Working conditions

What does the company offer to you?
-3000-euro gross per month depending on your experience
-100% pension plan
-25 vacation days
-Reimbursed travels

This is a temporary role for 6 months.

Salary from: €3000,-
