Job description

As a Customer Service Representative for a professional company at the top of their market, your primary task would be to provide top-notch customer service. This includes advising your customers on the best products for their needs, guiding them on technical queries and answering any product questions they may have. You would also be issuing and following up on quotations and coordinating smooth deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team.

Another aspect of this position involves helping to organize trainings for new users of the product, and building long-lasting client relationships using your friendly attitude and professional knowledge.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this position, you need to be detail-oriented, a great multitasker and proactive. A sense of urgency is also essential, along with the ability to effectively prioritize. In addition, the following are required:

- 1+ year experience in a similar role in a B2B environment;
- Excellent level of Swedish (C1-C2) or Dutch (C1-C2) and professional level of English (both in speaking and writing);
- An affinity for technology, or the willingness to learn;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Living in Amersfoort area or surroundings and having a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Working conditions

In addition to a professional and structured company environment, our client can offer:
- An extensive training program on their products to get you started;
- 7-month contract initially (with the intent to extend), you will be working via Undutchables
- A full-time (40 hours/week) role;
Additionally, after the first 7 months, our client can offer:
- Health insurance contribution of €100;
