Job description

This position is a temporary position from the 5th of June until the 31st of January 2024.

3days a week : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (24 hours a week)

As a Hospitality Lead, you are going to be responsible for programming, meeting and event set up/coordination, and providing value plus amenities and services to our employees. They work in lockstep with the regional Community Manager and Operations to create, schedule, execute, and document relevant and impactful programming for employees.

Other responsibilities include creating custom programming for leaders, managers, etc. to give them back time, procuring food and beverage offerings within the office, and working closely with the events team as boots on the ground.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (required)
  • Speaks English at Level C2 and Dutch minimal level B2
  • Able to juggle multiple initiatives at once
  • Collaborates well with teammates and works through differences in a positive manner
  • Maintains strong relationships with local managers and thought leaders
  • Highly organized
  • Hospitality/experience-first attitude in all communication, scheduling, tone, etc.
  • Past work history in luxury hospitality, restaurants, office as a service, EA, event planning, etc.
