Our client is an independent organization that focuses on testing, inspection, certification and compliance. The company conducts independent tests and inspections based on accredited methods and works in two branches, namely Building & Infrastructure and Food-care. They were founded four years ago with about 30 employees and grew since then rapidly up to around 900 employees.

Job description

As a Merges & Acquisitions support, you will:

  • Support the M&S team to examine the opportunities for the market in Germany.
  • Receive a list of companies in Germany. Your task will be first to research about the company and their products
  • Call these companies afterwards and ask if they would be willing to sell their business.The aim is to arrange a meeting between the company and your M&A team members. s


What you have to offer

  • You speak fluent German and English (Dutch would be a plus, but it's not mandatory)
  • You are interested in working part-time (16 hours a week in total: two days a week)
  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone and calling new companies out of the blue
  • You have affinity with cold-calling, or strong willingness to learn
  • Having a financial background would be plus

Working conditions

What the company has to offer:

  • A competitive salary of 2.600 euros gross per month based on 40h/week
  • Possibility of a salary raise, depending on the number of appointments that you book
  • Travel expense reimbursement is negotiable
  • A friendly and informal team with a flat hierarchy and a short line of communication
