Part-time Payroll Administrator | English

Job description

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Payroll Administrator will be the first point of contact for all payroll and benefits of the EMEA region. You will build a solid relationship with both the external payroll partners and internal customers. As a HR Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • performing HR administration tasks and payroll
  • working closely with external payroll providers
  • administration of employee documentation including contract management
  • input data for monthly payroll and employee benefits
  • duties regarding insurance and pension
  • improvements of personnel administration procedures

Requirements

The ideal candidate is the one with:

  • HBO level preferable in Finance or HR
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or German (due to the dealings with the EMEA region)
  • experience in managing payroll administrations
  • experience in working with HRIS systems (AFAS is a plus)

Working conditions

Our client offers a competitive salary (3000 - 3500 full time based) , a great work environment and secondary benefits.
