Job description

Our client is looking for a Partner Manager Spanish-speaking to strengthen the commercial team in Amsterdam. You will be able to manage your professional pipeline and as they grow you will have the potential to scale and manage your commercial team. Our client has supplied workspaces in the European market and has the mission to conquer the rest of Europe.
This is an opportunity to join a growing commercial team in a scale-up operating with international clients. If you are passionate about strategizing and implementing commercial programs that champion automation and that are constantly iterated on and improved, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Achieving or exceeding the goals for qualified monthly client meetings/demo’s, signed deals, live deals and annual revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining a great network by selling their concept, never thinking in barriers
  • Proactively continue to understand competitive products and increase market knowledge. It is a data-driven company and you’ll work closely with the data team to analyze our opportunities in the market

Requirements

  • Business level Spanish (C2 level) and fluent in English, having worked with the Spanish market
  • Bachelor degree
  • Commercially driven with experience in a client-facing position in a fast-growing Tech or SaaS company
  • Experience with B2B sales and managing partners with a proven track record
  • You love the thrill of finding and closing new deals
  • You have a growth mindset and can-do mentality
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to represent the company internally as well as externally
  • You are a high energy individual
  • Being familiar with a dynamic environment such as a scaleup, everyday new challenges will show themselves
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint to report on your activities, and know-how to improve yourself based on your results
