Job description

In this role you will optimize workflows/ processes/ procedures- collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You are passionate on change management, continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will:
  • Analyze existing processes across key areas (Store, Stock, Returns, and Order Flows) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Document processes clearly and comprehensively to ensure transparency, standardization, and a foundation for continuous improvement.
  • Propose and implement process improvements, including evaluating automation or AI solutions where appropriate.
  • Contribute to business cases and ideation for new features or enhancements.
  • Collaborate with other Process Owners globally to maintain quality and adherence to process standards.
  • Participate in regular update meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, insights, and risks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in process analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Strong focus on results and data-driven decision making.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Experience in process mapping, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Salary from: €2800,-
