Key Responsibilities:

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be entrusted with essential duties that ensure our production processes remain seamless and efficient. Your responsibilities include:

- Engaging in a brief 30-minute preparation for the production process, contributing to continuous operational enhancement.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and supervisors to swiftly address equipment-related challenges.
- Demonstrating proactive foresight in anticipating potential issues and taking preventative measures. You'll exercise your judgment to discern when to seek guidance from supervisors or support groups, always mindful of the impact your decisions have on others.
- Meticulously reviewing documentation and meticulously verifying calculations, such as tickets, labels, and equipment readings.
- Skillfully managing production operations across up to four instruments.
- Troubleshooting equipment and process intricacies with finesse.
- Embracing safety regulations, adhering to appropriate clothing and footwear guidelines.
- Harnessing the power of automation to execute production operations with precision.
- Extending support to Manufacturing to meet demanding production targets, as well as maintaining meticulous documentation and fostering transparent communication within the Operations Team.

Requirements

**Requirements:**

We seek candidates who embody excellence and possess the following qualities:

- Proficiency in English C2 level.
- Residency within the Netherlands is a prerequisite, as well living within commutable range to Harfsen. You'll need to be available for rotating 11-hour shifts, showcasing your flexibility and dedication.
- Educational background at a basic or secondary level.
- Preferred experience within a laboratory or FMCG environment, reflecting your adaptability to diverse settings.
- Comfortable with computers and possessing a flair for multitasking.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating reliability and dependability.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to quality assurance.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, ideally residing within convenient proximity to our location, and access to a car.
