As a Purchase Office Administrator, you are responsible for a certain part of our collection, about the timely and correct layout of the orders (follow-up of delivery times, shipments, article master data, orders, etc.) in close consultation with the management team. The administration of the master data and the adjustment where necessary (in connection with actions, promotions, sales, seasonal influences, etc.).


What will you do every day as a Purchase Office Administrator:

- Placing and processing purchase or sales orders with suppliers for services and products.
- Keeping the system up to date and monitoring incoming goods or possible delays
- Managing official documentation and checking supplier agreements
- Daily communication with suppliers and the goods receiving departments regarding quality and quantities;
- Close collaboration with our internal and external quality teams
- Making analyzes about returns and complaints
- Consulting on daily basis with the management and the quality team internal processes and agreements with clients

Requirements


· Excellent level of Romanian and English, both written and spoken. Dutch must be at a B1 / B2 level.
· More than 3 years of experience in Sales and/or purchasing roles, preferably in furniture or retail industry
· Excellent knowledge of Excel. ERP is a plus
· Self-standing, hands on and proactive
· Team player and good communication skills

Working conditions

Working conditions
29 days of holidays, travel compensation, pension scheme, opportunity of a permanent contract, expat program (Dutch course) and personal growing. Also, a 9 months training with a buddy, warm lunch or salad for 1€ a day, discount in products and on the gym area.

Salary from: €2300,-
Salary to: €3300,-
