As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for various sales-related tasks in Germany, with a focus on the Munich area. Regular travel to meet with clients is a key aspect of this role, making it essential to possess a valid driver's license and have access to your own car. Additionally, you will be required to attend a monthly meeting in Eindhoven with the Managing Director, to whom you will report.Your tasks will include:Customer Acquisition:
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions that add value to their business.
Sales Targets:
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Market Research:
  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize this information to identify potential business opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, features, pricing, and policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Sales Reporting:
  • Regularly track and report on sales activities and outcomes to the management team.
Budget and Strategy Development:
  • Develop budgets and strategies for the sales department.
Analysis and Improvement:
  • Analyze the current situation, visualize, identify issues, and implement improvement measures.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Support Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales support for semiconductor equipment and electrical components.
  • Assist engineers during system installations in the EU.
  • Handle troubleshooting efficiently for machine-related issues.
Area of Responsibility:
  • Oversee sales activities in Germany, Italy, and France.
  • Conduct new development sales activities for equipment and components.
  • Quotation preparation for equipment, consumable parts, and maintenance parts.


  • Experience in B2B Sales of at least 5 years. (Highly preferable if it is in the semi-conductor industry)
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Possession of a driver's license and your own car.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently on expanding business.
  • For this role, you have to be located in Munich or a nearby area.

Working conditions

  • You will receive a Note PC to use for work purposes.
  • Monthly car allowance of 400 EUR.
  • Bonus scheme based on performance.
  • An extra month bonus at the end of the year (13th month).
  • The contract type for this role is permanent.

Salary from: €5000,-
Salary to: €7000,-
