Job description

With this role you are going to creating and maintaining a good and professional relationship and the main contact for all the distribution partners, retailers and joint ventures in the EMEA region.
You ensure that orders are processed and delivered within guidelines and that questions and requests of our distribution partners are handled in a proper manner.

Your day will be like :
  • Handle and solve queries from the optician
  • Analyze and understand the client needs
  • Follow up on orders, back orders, deliveries, returns and credits
  • Working and supporting with internal departments when its needed
  • Prepare and sent samples to distributors and shows.
  • Attend trade fairs or customer events abroad up to three times a year

Requirements

What you need to have for this role :
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and preferably fluent in French
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Good Computer Literate ( Specially Excel)
  • Having an experience with CRM preferably SAP.
  • Proactive and critical thinking
  • Team Player and Communicator

Working conditions
