Job description

In this role you will work in a dynamic and energetic surrounding. You will be responsible for the handling of new and existing trade with retail customers in the EMEA region. The brand is rapidly growing within this region.

Every day is different in this role. The sales department starts every day at 07:30 with a daily “Shout” to ensure everyone is aligned and a great new day can start. You are the liaison between the account managers, several different departments and accounts. You also continuously align with the other departments and your regional Account Managers to ensure operational effectiveness is in place. Other responsibilities will be
  • Managing the volumes-budget, orders and daily changes and make sure the customer is informed
  • Handling and coordinating customer complaints, seeking assistance if necessary, and to ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all involved parties
  • The execution of the sales administration

As a sales assistant, you are the “backbone” of the sales department. Communicative, proactive, eager and stress-resistant are just a few keywords that perfectly describes the new Sales Assistant.
Next to this the requirements are:
  • MBO + degree
  • Fluency in English
  • 2 -3 years of relevant work experience in Sales and/or Sales Support (preferably experience in an international and dynamic sales environment)
  • Commercial proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to work (once every six weeks) on a Saturday
  • Proactive approach on process deviations and efficiency
  • Strong administrative and accuracy skills, well organized and able to keep an overview
  • A weekend shift once every 6 weeks is required

Working conditions

We offer a competitive salary depending on experience. This is a full time role for 40 hours a week with possibility to work from home.

Salary from: €2200,-
Salary to: €2500,-

This international client is active in the fruit industry and is rapidly growing. Therefore they are looking to hire new people! For this role they are looking for somebody to support the summer peak (around 6 months), that focuses more on the administrative part of the job.
