Job description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play an essential role in bringing in new customers and communicating the company values to your prospects. You will be working with a variety of clients in different industries, and you’ll also be dealing with all types of stakeholders – so it’s important that you are adaptive in your communication style. Here’s what your tasks would be in the overall sales process:
- Research and qualify new leads;
- Reach out to potential customers (via phone, email or virtual meeting);
- Coordinate with Account Executives to set up demo meetings;
- Work alongside the marketing team to build lead generation campaigns;


In order to be successful in this role and environment, a positive mindset and motivated attitude are a must. Our client is looking for someone who can fit in with their fun and open team, but who has no problems speaking with executives or more formal clients. Here are some hard skills that are required:
- C1-C2 level of a Nordic language (i.e. Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian) and professional level of English;
- 6 months (or more) of direct sales experience (think door to door sales, or outbound sales);
- Available to work for 32-40 hours per week;

Our client is an innovative provider of energy sensors who has an ambitious mission of helping European industrial plants to reduce their energy waste. They are growing very quickly, but have managed to keep the start-up vibe and motivation. With a team of 60+ employees, they are looking to add a driven and positive Sales Development Representative to their Nordic team!
