Are you a sales-driven professional fluent in German and English, with a knack for building relationships and closing deals? Join our client as they expand their presence in the DACH market!
What You’ll DoAs a Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in introducing a staffing software to German-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to new prospects via platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Conducting engaging demos to showcase the value of the software.
  • Preparing and sending tailored offers to potential clients.
  • Following up on offers to close deals and secure new partnerships.
  • Collaborating closely with Consultants, who will onboard new clients and ensure a seamless handover.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential. Knowledge of additional EU languages, particularly German-French combinations, is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Experience: Sales experience in a B2B environment is preferred, but we’re open to ambitious self-starters eager to make an impact. Experience within recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Mindset: A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to independently source prospects and build lasting client relationships.

Working conditions

  • 28 vacation days based on full-time
