Job description

Your role will involve dominating the European road mobility market, commencing with the industry leaders by:

  • Crafting compelling sales presentations that will captivate fleet managers.
  • Converting client business requirements into expandable (software) solutions and exchanging present and future demands with the Product Team.
  • Facilitating the incorporation of new clients and offering assistance during their initial weeks on their platform.
  • Haggling with major carriers to secure fair-priced contract agreements.
  • Maintaining and broadening your customer base by maximizing platform usage.
  • Boosting customer retention through more dynamic contract participation.
  • Enhancing their product and sales strategies to surpass their current level.
  • Working alongside your sales colleagues to exchange knowledge, stimulate customer demand, and create well-balanced service location proposals.
  • Ensuring all (potential) customer data is collected and kept up-to-date within the system.

Requirements

Next to possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, an insatiable desire to acquire knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to success. Additionally, the ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of three years of sales experience and feel comfortable with lead generation.
  • Demonstrate an outgoing personality, a straightforward communication style, and a proactive work ethic.
  • Be located in the Netherlands near their Tilburg office or willing to relocate.
  • Be highly proficient in both Polish and English
  • Exude a charismatic demeanor and promote a positive sales culture among team members, sharing your hands-on expertise readily.
  • Boast exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Embody a practical, results-oriented approach.
  • Prior experience in the logistics/transport/mobility/freight industry and technological savvy are highly desirable.

Working conditions

Salary from: €3500,-

They have established a vast network of over 1,500 affiliated sites in 21 countries, providing a seamless experience for customers to discover, reserve, and settle payments for road services like truck cleaning, tank cleansing, truck parking, and truck maintenance. This also provides transport companies with up-to-date information on their road services, reducing waiting times and consolidating road services into a single platform.
