Job description

As Sales Manager for South-east Europe, you'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing the commercial sales. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with current and potential customers across the region. You'll lead initiatives to boost sales, support the development of the sales and service teams, and ensure seamless coordination between the head office, product homes, and the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth;
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential customers and key accounts, fostering trust and loyalty;
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities;
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the head office, product homes, and the local market, facilitating effective communication and coordination;
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, adhering to established pricing policies and approval procedures;
  • Support successful project execution and order transfer by providing necessary technical and commercial information;
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network, build business, and stay updated on industry developments;
  • Promote knowledge sharing and a structured sales approach within the region, demonstrating strong leadership and serving as a role model for the sales and service teams.


  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably of capital goods;
  • Fluency in English, additional languages spoken in the Balkans are a plus;
  • Willingness to travel within the region;
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving market share growth;
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on developing team competencies.
