Would you like to work in 18th century building on Herengracht in the city center of Amsterdam? Then you might be our next Sales Operations Specialist!

Key Responsibilities
· Provide professional administrative support to the Accounts Manager team
· Enter and modify sales-related data (i.e. ordering processing, customer backlog, expedites and cancellations) into our company’s internal information system.
· Administrate return requests and working with the warehouse and accounting to address incorrect shipments and billings.
· Partner daily with the Warehouse Department to ensure timely deliveries
· Partners with internal resources (e.g., Account Managers, Supply Chain Team and Quality team)
· Answers customer inquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible ensuring that set KPIs are hit
· Building a positive relationship with the assigned customers
· Perform other duties as required/assigned by Account Manager
· Communicate and suggest new ideas to Project Manager to help improve the current operational processes

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Fluent in English, fluent in German is considered an advantage
· At least one year of previous customer service and office experience
· Ability to work with Microsoft (MS) Office, with focus on demonstrated working knowledge of MS Excel
· Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
· Ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques to situations using sound business judgment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task in an effective, timely and professional manner
· Proven ability to apply attention to detail, role-related accuracy and task follow-through

Working conditions

This is a fulltime role (40 hours/week) and the company offers a direct contract.

Starting date is ASAP.

Salary indication (based on experience): gross € 2500-3000
