Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Proactively advise and inform customers about products, solutions and services;
• Processing orders and customer data;
• Drawing up quotations;
• Outbound calling and aftersales;
• Collaborate with account managers and other departments regarding customer requirements and feedback;
• Handling complaints and ensuring follow-up, registration and aftercare;

Requirements

  • You speak French on at least C1 level and Dutch on B1 level. (Dutch is only required for internal communication with colleagues)
  • You have at least MBO working and thinking level. A completed commercial education is desirable.
  • You enjoy working in a team, you have good communication skills and you are customer-oriented.
  • You are eager to learn, enthusiastic and proactive.
  • You have a good command of MS Office programs and basic knowledge of Excel.
