Sales Support & Order Management Representative - German

Hoofddorp, reference 2021-00351

Job description

A large part of your job will be accurately taking orders, and you will work closely with the external sales team to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.

Your main tasks will be:

· Generate and deliver accurate sales quote
· Coordinate the submission of non-standard discount requests
· Facilitate the submission of product evaluation orders
· Manage asset transfers
· Enter and review orders online order portal as needed
· Ensure on time booking of all order types
· Review sales order packets for completeness and accuracy
· Interface between sales and manufacturing on shipment schedules and deliveries
· Timely and efficient processing of Letters of Credit to include any and all amendments
· Provide timely order status and tracking information
· Resolve all backlog issues including order hold release, product configuration issues, item number discrepancies and missing purchase order requirements
· Ensure orders adhere to documented Company policies and SOX procedures
· Answer internal/external customer questions on sales process and order requirements
· Deliver training to partners to ensure knowledge and appropriate usage of partner sales operations tools (portal, quotation tool, deal registration, etc.)
· Develop deep knowledge of the Sales Ops structure/ Sales Team structure as well as special requirements for the region.

Requirements

  • My client is seeking a stress-resilient, pro-active person with an eye for detail,
  • With 2-3 years minimum relevant experience.
  • The successful candidate will speak German on a professional business level (minimum C1 level) & preferably Dutch as well
  • Have a HBO / Bachelor degree or relevant experience
  • Have no 9-5 mentality, and understand that sometimes the team has to chip in to get things done
  • Be proficient with MS Excel and Word Experience with MS Dynamics and Salesforce will be seen as an advantage.

Working conditions

Our cleint is offering a very competitive salary, based on experience. There is a lot of room to develop and progress within the company. They have a travel reimbursement scheme, a pension plan and other benefits like fitness programmes and discount health insurance.

Salary from: €2500,-
Salary to: €3100,-

They have a team of around 40 here in Hoofddorp / Amsterdam, and the company is dynamic, international yet retains keeps the local Dutch culture. The main language of the company is English. However, you will speak German (and Dutch) with your clients.
