Are you excited to support a dynamic sales and business development team?
As our Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition process, from calculating projects to providing prospects with essential information. You will also coordinate incoming leads and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.
Once the sale is complete, you will handle incoming orders and collaborate with project management colleagues to transfer project information and documentation into the ERP system. As a vital "linking pin," you will ensure that the project file is complete and ready for the Project Delivery team to take over.

Requirements

Here is what we're looking for:

• We're on the lookout for a rockstar to join our team and make a real impact!
• If you've got at least 3-4 years of experience as a sales support employee in a project organization (and preferably with internationally operating SME businesses), we want to hear from you! What if you don't? Well, we believe that everybody can learn! So if you have that sales talent in you, we also want to hear from you!
• We're looking for someone who's full of energy and enthusiasm and has a higher vocational education level.
• If you're fluent in English and have at least a Dutch B2 level, we think you'll be a great fit for our team. Any knowledge in French, German or Spanish is a plus.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Navision and Microsoft Office, especially Excel!
