Job description

Our client is looking for a temporary Sales Support Representative to join their 5-man team! For this role you will report directly to the Commercial Manager.

Our client is looking for someone that can start immediately and available for at least 6 months.

Your responsibilities include:
Analysis & process improvement
  • collecting and analyzing customer data and setting up business reviews
  • providing performance analysis to the commercial team
  • Advising clients about service processes
  • improving processes together with the Commercial Manager
  • Analyzing and keeping contracts up to date
Administration & Customer contact
  • processing contract data and making sure that contractual agreement are correctly entered in the system (and up to date!)
  • looking for opportunities to generate sales leads
  • relation management
  • handling complaints from clients and making sure that these issues are forwarded to the correct department
  • making sure to stay up to date of processed dispatch information from clients
Commercial projects & Commercial services
  • maintaining the the project agenda
  • keeping an eye on the progress of commercial projects
  • supporting your team members with customer related projects
  • sharing your progress on projects with the team
  • checking and supporting with the approval of invoices
  • supporting your team with contract renewals, and commercial and marketing activities
  • making calculations for customer quotations and questionnaires
  • handling price calculation activities closely with the Commercial Manager
  • providing monthly reports


  • You are available 32-40 hours a week
  • Availability for at least 6 months
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in sales support or inside sales
  • You have an university or HBO degree
  • You are fluent in English (C1 at least). Dutch is a plus.
  • You are good at making calculations and have good knowledge of excel
  • Speaking Dutch is a plus.
  • You are familiar with the Dutch culture and preferably have worked in a Dutch working environment before
  • You have experience with the CRM system
Please note that our client is not open to candidates that still need to relocate from far away. They are looking for someone that live close to the Eindhoven region.

Working conditions

Our client offers a hybrid working environment. This company is also very dynamic. It is an environment where a pro-active approach is appreciated.

The mentioned salary is based on 40 hours a week

Salary from: €2700,-
Salary to: €3000,-
