Job description
- As Second Line Customer Service you will be handling customers who have issues that the first line could not sort out.
- Administrative duties.
- Answer and keep track of questions on other Sales platforms.
- Answering emails and calling customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Previous Customer Service experience is a plus!
Working conditions
