Site Leader

Job description
In this role you will be leading the company's site in de Meern.You main tasks will be:
- Lead tactical and strategic execution of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity KPIs’
- Partner with site finance lead and corporate team to ensure accurate forecasting and achievement of plan.
- Support identification and implementation of medium- and long-term business objectives
- Support associate development and performance programmes (DHR processes)
- Present site performance during global ops calls.
- Build an inclusive, collaborative culture across the sites
- Recruit diverse talent to build robust succession profiles
- Understand and drives lean manufacturing principles across the site
- Work autonomously from business corporate office but ensure alignment is maintained
Requirements
The right candidate for this role:- Six Sigma / Lean experience
- Strong background in manufacturing / operations / supply chain
- People leader experience
- Proven track record of delivering results
- 10 years’ work experience with > 5 years in plan leadership role
- Ability to work in faced paced results driven data led organization
- Continuous improvement / lean mindset and growth and customer focus
- Passion for manufacturing
- Innovative, solid analytical skills and good strategic orientation
- Engaging leadership style that builds a culture of development and progression
- Ability to multi task and deliver results in a complex environment managing conflicting goals
- Effective communicator across global teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, data driven and results orientated
Working conditions
We offer a competitive salary depending on experience. This concerns a full-time role and an indefinite contract from the start.Salary from: €10000,-
Salary to: €11500,-
