For this role you will be making sure that the Warehouse and Logistics personnel are conducting handle their day to day operations in a correct matter. You will be supervising outbound employees and the outbound flow (picking packing and shipping). You will also be responsible for the daily resource planning specifically for the outbound department. Furthermore, you will also support the strategic direction of the distribution team in line with the company's objectives to improve diverse operations. Other tasks are:
-Providing guidance regarding the outbound regulations
-Maintaining relationships with internal customers
-Supporting operational excellence activities
-Maintaining the departmental business structure

Requirements

What do we expect from you?
-Excellent communication skills
-A good command of English
-Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
-At least 1 year of experience in managing an outbound department
-Experience working with a GMP's and ISO regulated environment
-Experience with SAP
-Experience with situational leadership
-Experience working in a warehouse and logistics environment
-An analytical mindset
