Job description

In the role of Supply Chain Associate, you would be responsible for managing supply chain activities such as purchasing, materials management and other operational and transactional activities. Here's some of your specific responsibilities:
  • Be the main contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding critical materials order management and logistic coordination;
  • Oracle data management and maintenance (product/item master management, organization maintenance and creation, pricing maintenance, vendor creation, ASL maintenance, MRP support);
  • Order management and following up with vendors;
  • Perform good receipts and other inventory transactions;
  • Coordinate logistics between suppliers and manufacturing locations;
  • Participate in semi-annual/annual warehouse inventory counts;
  • Collaborate with regulatory and legal departments with regards to overall compliance;

Requirements

To be successful in this position, a can-do and proactive attitude is required. You should be self-motivated and have an understanding of how a global, highly regulated business works. Next to this, here are some hard requirements:
  • 3+ years of supply chain experience (particularly with inventory and material management and purchasing);
  • Experience in medical or pharma manufacturing;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other European languages are a plus;
  • Living within commutable distance from Amersfoort (within 30 minutes) and willing and able to travel to the Amersfoort office daily;
  • Flexible with working hours (for example, being willing to sometimes work from 11-7 in order to attend meetings in US timezone);
  • Available for 40 hours per week;
  • Valid work permit for the Netherlands;

Salary from: €3500,-

They have a great office in Amersfoort, and are looking for a Supply Chain Associate t to help support their team, both in the Netherlands and in the US.
