About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner role plays a crucial role in the success of the business. This role is based in Stockholm and you will be responsible for our talent acquisition efforts across multiple complex business units and products.

Day in the life

You will work with the globally located Recruiters and run a full cycle recruitment desk while partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to fill multiple positions throughout our EMEA locations. You will take an active role in defining, launching, analyzing, and continuously improving our innovative strategies for various positions and geographic locations to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. You will thrive as a “Utility Player” for the Talent Acquisition team.

What you’ll do

· Having the ability to develop strong effective relationships with internal customers and external contacts is crucial. Provide “World Class Service” to internal customers through effective recruitment tools to satisfy open position requirements as well as create a candidate pipeline for future openings.
· Provide weekly status reports and updates to hiring leaders
· Strategically build and maintain a network of passive candidates.
· Develop and deliver qualified diverse pipelines of active and passive top talent for future and active roles, as well as active network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations.
· Analyze the effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting via market trends/feedback reports for presentation.
· Actively lead and participate in providing feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting and sourcing operations.
· Proven expertise with relevant tools and programs (e.g., CRMs, labor market data, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards) and utilize various online and social media resources to build talent pipelines.


What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; industry/experience can substitute for formal education.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English both written and verbal.
  • 3-5 plus years of recruiting experience required in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Determination and a focus on driving results
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Creative approach to sourcing and hiring talent and a drive for continuous process improvement
  • Highly proficient computer skills to include, Internet, MS Office Suite, and working knowledge of web-based job boards.

Working conditions

You will be hired on a local Swedish contract, however, working in a 'global' role. The salary is approximately 50 K SEK per month, with good secondary benefits.

The recruitment procedure will have 3 (online) interviews and a final face-to-face meeting with the General Manager and the HR in the Stockholm office.
