Team Lead Customer Experience - English

Job description

In this role, you will be the Team Lead for the Aftersales customer experience Team. If the customer service agents have questions, you will jump in and solve the issues together with them as their main point of contact within the organization.
Other roles include :
  • You’ll make sure that your team provides the best service to our customers as possible, by providing structural feedback to your team members at least once a month; 1 on 1 meetings with your team are a must.
  • You will be responsible for the hiring process of new Aftercare team members;
  • You’ll be responsible for the productivity of the team and you set the direction on how to handle the workload as a team;
  • Delivering happiness! You are leading by example, as you know like no one else how to deliver the best customer service;
  • You come up with suggestions on ways to improve processes in the Customer Experience department.

Requirements

  • English on a C2 level, oral and written is a must. Dutch is seen as a big advantage!
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service manager or team lead role.
  • Customer-service flows in your blood, you are very customer centered!
  • You are an analytical thinker and not afraid to investigate something in detail;
  • You feel comfortable giving people feedback and have no problem with confronting team members.

Working conditions

  • The company currently works in a hybrid model. In the beginning, they prefer you to be in the office as much as possible because it will be easier for you to get to know the company, the work, and the product. After the first period, it's definitely possible to work from home some days a week.

Salary from: €2800,-
