Job description

Our client in Hoofddorp is looking for a German speaking Team Lead to join their Customer Support Team and will be responsible for the German-speaking market. You will lead a team of 4 to 5 people, coach, guide, and develop yourself and the team members, and provide order processing and customer support to customers and clients. You will be supporting clients with their order placement, administration, and troubleshooting by providing solutions to ensure the best service.
What will you do:
  • You will provide the sales team, customers, and partners the best guidance throughout the whole order process
  • You provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers
  • You ensure the information is up-to-date in the system and provide updates about orders and information about products
  • You will communicate a lot in writing, and therefore accurate and professional communication skills are important
  • You can develop professionally in your work, and as a people leader, you will also have the opportunity to put your abilities to use in various back office activities
  • You will be working with individuals, so being able to communicate effective and intelligent will be essential to your success in this role
  • You will set a good example and demonstrate emotional intelligence, humility, and the capacity to both accept and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

Who you are:
  • Customer oriented and enjoy helping and supporting customers and colleagues
  • 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in an international company
  • Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
  • Familiar with SAP & Salesforce use for order management
  • Understanding of commercial and administrative processes
  • Adaptable, able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and German
  • Background or affinity with biology would be a plus

Working conditions

  • Full time position (40 hours per week) for a long term
  • Initial contract 1 year
  • Option to work 50% remote after completion of training

Salary from: €3500,-
Salary to: €4150,-
