Job description

As a Team Leader you will manage the Internal Account Support (IAS) team. The IAS team is part of the Western and Southern European Inside Sales team, and consists of 6 of people. The IAS team reaches out and maintains relationships with clients.

As the Team Leader of the IAS team your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to clients' requests (i.e., pricings and delivery time)
• Facilitate Account Managers with pricing promotion, such as special discounts to increase bookings
• Introduce new product trainings to key accounts
• Facilitate with pricing, availability/lead time, minimum Order Quantity for key accounts
• Converting competitor offers to the clients’ offers for accounts driven by external sales
• Provide support on funnel management, update SFDC/toolbox specific to the accounts driven by external sales
• Managing quotations for projects and specials and sending these out
• Identify improvements in sales practices
• Entering price requests, project, and short term opportunity in discount vehicles
• Recommending products
• Making sales programs
• Cooperate with the Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams
• Developing the teams' skills
• Manage the IAS team

Requirements

· Excellent communication skills in English (C1).
· Bachelor’s degree in business or similar
· At least 3 years of experience in a team leader position, and selling (preferably in a B2B environment)
· Leadership and fantastic communication skills
· Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
· For this vacancy it is important that you reside in Venlo or you can commute easily to the Venlo area as you will be working from the office in Venlo.
