Technical Customer Service Assistant | French

Job description

For our client we are looking for a Technical Customer Service Assistant French speaker. In this role you will report the Deputy Customer Service Manager. The mission of the Technical Customer Service Assistant is to deliver a very high-quality service to customers and prospects by identifying, meeting, and exceeding their expectations at each interaction.

Main tasks:
  • Answering inquiries via phone and mail
  • Assisting our B2B and B2C customers with products and online tools
  • Respond to level 1 technical questions from B2B and B2C customers
  • Escalating issue to the second line support team
  • Report to managers

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Customer service experience in technical support role in digital environment
  • Business level French (C2/C1 level) and excellent command in English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team spirit
  • Good level/knowledge in digital technologies – applications & innovations
  • Trouble shooting skills
  • Basic computer science and operating systems knowledge is an advantage

Full-time position
